Here are some of the new exciting things we have done to improve our web site and our service.

GIFT CERTIFICATES!

Ever wonder what you are going to get your Little/Big sister (or Brother) for the next in-house event? How about a Picture Man Gift Certificate? They are available from everyone's log-in page and are available in specific picture amouts as well as dollar amounts. Fun & Easy! The gift certificate numbers will be sent to the purchaser for distribution.

CROSS EVENT ORDERING!

Simply log into your organization's event page using the organization password and view and select images from the first event you wish to order. (Do not checkout) On the left hand side of the page, there is an icon which says "Switch to New Event", click on it to be taken back out to your Organization's Event List. Pick the second event you wish to order from and pick the images you want. You may now check out with both events in one shopping cart.

CROSS ORGANIZATION ORDERING!

Assuming that you know 2 different passwords, (we do not take responsibility for nor suggest that members give non-members their organizational passwords) you would first log into your Organization's Event Page by using your Organization's Password. View and select the images you wish to purchase. (Do not checkout) On the left hand side of the page, there is an icon which says "Switch Organizations", click on it to be taken back out to the main password login. Enter the password of the additional Organization, select the event from which you wish to order, and pick the images you want. You may now check out with both events in one shopping cart

MULTIPLE SIZES!

Along with the normal 4x6 pictures, you can now order 5X7, 8x10 & 10x15 Party Posters. All 4 are available in either color or B&W. The 4x6's and 10x15's will have a white border and title. The 5x7's and 8x10's will be borderless and will NOT have a title. Ordering photographs other than color 4x6's will cause your order to take a few days longer, please refer to our FAQ for complete information on shipping times and costs

PERSONAL PROFILE LOGIN!

You can now store your shipping & billing information. Simply create a passworded personal profile and the next time that you are shopping for your photographs, just login and you will not have to retype any information you choose to store! You are not required tologin or create a personal profile in order to purchase photographs, but utilizing the personal profile can save you time and help eliminate typos

To Create a Personal Profile: The next time you checkout, click the "New User" button. You will see a form similar to the standard checkout form. Type your e-mail address and create a password for your profile. Then complete all the information you will want to recall and click "Save Profile"

To Use your Personal Profile:Once you have created your personal profile, whenever you checkout you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password. Then click "Login" and any information you have stored will be automatically filled in on your checkout form.

WEB BROWSER UPGRADE

The complex programming involved in the new features of our website may require some of you to upgrade your web browser. If you are not directed to a download page when you attempt to enter your password, your browser is current
